They create custom brochures, print advertisements, Facebook content and marketingpresentations with an emphasis on beautiful aesthetics, clear comprehension and modern design. They also provide training for Social Media marketing and business branding to ensure that all appropriate avenues of advertising are utilized.

Eva and Rena coordinate the scheduling of property viewings and facilitate appointments between brokers and available listings. They are the first point of contact between outside vendors and the internal company staff. Eva and Rena also assist the marketing coordinators with e-advertising and marketing presentations.
 
Diana Lam & Cynthia Rondon
Transaction Administrators
 
Diana and Cynthia coordinate the necessary documentation when an escrow is opened and conduct comprehensive audits of all contracts and documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy. They also review files to establish that all Bureau of Real Estate and company requirements are met.
